About Jacqueline Rosario

Jacqueline Rosario is a Mexican American writer from Texas whose work blends gothic romantasy with richly researched history, faith, and cultural identity. Drawing inspiration from overlooked chapters of history, she writes stories that explore the resilience of love amid persecution, moral conflict, and the struggle to preserve hope in the darkest of times.

Currently completing her bachelor's degree in English & Creative Writing at Southern New Hampshire University, Jacqueline is developing her debut novel, Where Roses Die. Set during Mexico's Cristero War and against the backdrop of the anti-Chinese movement in early twentieth-century Mexico, the novel intertwines historical tragedy, Catholic faith, and supernatural horror to illuminate forgotten stories of sacrifice, prejudice, and redemption.

When she isn't writing, Jacqueline enjoys watching dramas from all over the world, drinking boba, visiting museums, and watching anime.Through her writing, she hopes to preserve overlooked histories while crafting emotionally resonant stories that linger long after the final page.
